This is an experiment of mine I've been working on, off and on for quite a while, working on it for only about five minutes at a time.
This is a clear PNG which you can use to make your own OC or show-cannon pony to color (And maybe to put on one of my stained glass templates! [link]). Just select the part you want and move it to where it's appropriate (or not, as the case may be) on the torso. Then erase the rest! You'll have to make a new bottom layer for the back wing fill, and new layers for the mane and tail. The horn is supposed to cover the back ear to be show-correct (most of the time... gotta love those animation glitches!) Have fun! I hope you enjoy using it!

I have this file as a vector, so if you want it bigger at some point, just ask.
I have no idea how to make Flash games, and I'm really too busy to learn, let alone create a pony maker of my own, so please don't ask.
This really helped, i'm working on it right now... I have one OC that i make a lot but i just have the bodies :'c I can't seem to figure out how to draw hair?... Any tips?
The best advice I can give is to pick a basic shape, then refine it based on your OC's personality. Curls and roundness for cute or bubbly, straight-ish for seriousness, and angles or fly-aways for adventurous or energetic. Be sure not to have too many fly-aways because it will get difficult to draw more than once. Does this help?
No problem! It's also a good idea to remember that the mane is attached to the head and neck in one straight line, like a mohawk. (though, the front section tends to poof out or lay like human bangs when it's short)
