Eight Daisiesby *Akili-Amethyst

This is a PNG of a vector I made for the Trefoil Project in response to the recent elementary school shooting. Eight of the girls who were killed were Daisy Girl Scouts.

The Trefoil Project is asking Girl Scouts all across the country to write thoughts or prayers or art in the shape of a trefoil. In mid-January, Girl Scouts of Connecticut will present them to the Newtown Service Unit during a memorial service.

Being a Boyscout, we oddly never interacted with Girlscouts all that much, but its still such a shame that such young girls were killed before they ever got to go on any great adventures. My heart goes to them and every other child lost that day.
